Au cœur du quartier de la Nouvelle Athènes, l’hôtel Scheffer-Renan situé au n°16 de la rue Chaptal dans le IXe arrondissement, abrite le très poétique Musée de la Vie romantique de la Ville de Paris. En ce moment, et jusqu’au 13 septembre, l’exposition ‘CŒURS, du romantisme dans l’art contemporain’, offre une sélection inattendue de 40 œuvres de trente artistes contemporains autour de la représentation du cœur comme expression du sentiment amoureux, en écho à l’une des thématiques phares du romantisme.
